From start to finish we prepare, pour, design, label and pack each and every candle, reed diffuser and wax melt in The Irish Chandler workshop. Our candles are 100% soy wax that contain fragrance oils of the highest quality that are phthalate and paraben free, vegan friendly and cruelty free.

along Saddle Lane which is just behind the Celtic T-shirt Shop

+ adjacent to the Surf Shop.

Not just candles...

we also stock small independent makers + Irish brands for jewellery, greeting cards, prints + yummy chocolate.

All the spookiness is upon us but not this weekend as the shop will be closed both Saturday and Sunday while I take a little break before the busy season. You can still order online, however any orders placed from today will not ship until after the 13th.

Slow Sundays… is the sun coming out today? I think so but who cares what ever the weather with a view like this! 🏖️☀️

Summer opening times are now SAT + SUN 10.30 - 4.30pm plus the odd afternoon in the week (to be announced on the day so keep an eye on the socials and look for the open signs around the prom) 😁

Not only is it World Oceans Day, a day to inform the public of the impact of human actions on the ocean but it’s also the launch of the @dccireland #madelocal summer campaign that supports and shares the work of makers and crafters all across Ireland just like me.

The Ivy Jug is back! 👀i

I can’t believe I managed to get my hands on these fab jugs again! I have a very limited amount but now there is an ickle one so two sizes are online now and if any are left in the morning I’ll bring them to the shop so keep an eye on the story before you head down to lahinch. I’ve nabbed one of each myself before they disappear for good 😮‍💨
